In conceiving El Tabie ‘ , we wanted to create a wellness center that reflects the essence of the Dolomites: an intimate, simple but exclusive atmosphere, whose richness is hidden in the small details . In other words, we wanted to offer you a wellness experience for connoisseurs . For this reason, access to our wellness area is reserved for guests aged 18 and over.
The wellness center of our pastry hotel in the Dolomites has recently been expanded , but we have managed to preserve that sense of exclusivity and privacy necessary to guarantee a state of deep relaxation and abandonment.
At the entrance of the wellness area you will be welcomed by the scent of wood; time to put on the soft bathrobe and slippers, and you can let yourself be enveloped by the natural and timeless atmosphere of El Tabie ‘!
A wellness center that tastes of the Dolomites
Wood and stone: we have chosen these two natural materials to give our wellness center that special atmosphere that “tastes of the Dolomites” and to offer you an experience of contact with nature even within the hotel.
What do you prefer to start with?
The Finnish sauna , hot and dry, is the indispensable element of any self-respecting wellness center in the Dolomites. With a temperature between 80 and 90 ° C and a very low humidity level, it detoxifies the body, strengthens the cardiovascular system and stimulates the immune system.
The Turkish bath, on the other hand, is characterized by lower temperatures, between 40 and 50 ° C, and a humidity level of around 90%. It has a purifying effect on the epidermis and decongesting the respiratory tract; moreover, the alternation of hot and cold brings benefits to the vascular and immune levels.
The Physioterm infrared cabin is particularly suitable for its purifying, lymphatic drainage and anti-inflammatory effects. In the infrared sauna, much of the radiated heat is concentrated directly on the body, allowing you to relieve ailments such as rheumatic pain, cellulite and other inflammatory diseases.
After the sauna, we recommend a dip in the mastel de èiva ingiazèda : a barrel filled with cold water to stimulate circulation and cool the body. After a few minutes of rest on the loungers of the relaxation area , there is nothing better than a session in the suggestive Salt Room to purify the respiratory system, perhaps followed by a nice relaxing hydromassage . And if you want to treat yourself at 360 degrees, you can complete the wellness program by choosing from the wide range of massages .

Wellness and spa services are not included on the room price. This serves to offer our guests a double quality guarantee: on the one hand safeguarding the exclusive and cozy atmosphere of the wellness center, on the other guaranteeing guests the possibility of pay only for the services used .
The wellness and spa area is open by reservation from 16.00 to 19.00 (subject to availability) .
